- Pretty cards as usual. The Bliss card is really pretty, and I wonder if you stamped the word Bliss & the flower in the center in Cherry Cobbler to make it 'pop' a little bit. I love your blog & I think I've copied everything you have posted! Iris January 30, 2011 at 4:08 AM simplyfairies said. Well I love it as it is.
The card above uses a basecard of Blackberry Bliss Cardstock. Then a layer of Whisper White dry embossed using the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder. Then a layer of Gold Foil Sheets, with a collage of images from the Stampin' Up! Dragonfly Garden Stamp Set.
I used the stamp set Botanical Bliss and the beautiful Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper to create two cards to share with you today. The base of my first card is a new color in the Annual Catalog called Soft Sea Foam and it pairs very nicely with Night of Navy.
I stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy onto Whisper White cardstock and cut it out with the Layering Ovals Framelits. The Night of Navy and Soft Sea Foam scalloped ovals are also from this same set of Framelits. I finished the card by adding three pearls from the Share What You Love Artisan Pearls. I love these pearls!
Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper is one of the papers included in the Buy 3 Get 1 Free Sale! This sale will continue all month long but I’d recommend picking up your favorites early in the month, just in case they go on backorder.
Here’s another version of the card using the same Designer Series Paper and stamp set. I used Night of Navy cardstock again but added So Saffron for the base and instead of using DSP for all of the squares, I replaced two with So Saffron that were embossed with the Climbing Vine embossing folder.
