These insoles are memory foam only and do not have much super solid support however they are absolutely amazing. 2 days of wearing these in my boots and my big toes are no longer burning and aching and my heels are back to normal as well. I do not think these are going to last more than 2-3 months, however for $15 I will keep buying them. . Place HappyStep memory foam insoles with your current insoles back to back. If your original insoles are smaller than HappyStep insoles, you can trim along the outline on the bottom of HappyStep insoles to match the size of your current insoles.
